Hi, my name is Jose M Paz I'm 29 and I have 4 kids. I have been diagnose with Chronicle Kidny Disease. I've been like this for 6 years. I'm from Honduras,La Ceiba, but I was raised in the U.S since I was 5 years old. I currently live in Valdosta,Ga. I'm also not able to work because of my disease, so I'm disable.
I'm not in the kidney transplant because I'm not able to afford the operation.
